The customer segment includes users of Pipes for carrying water and gas; for boilers, heat exchangers, submersible pumps (even cut to 3 meter lengths); and also for Bore well, Casing pipes, conveyor idlers. Drill rod pipes etc., used in the fields such as agriculture and irrigation. The customers segment also extends to various industrial sectors such as automobiles (including chassis manufacturing), housing, furniture, structurals, container making, railway electrification, electric poles, telecommunication, power stations, handling equipments, electrostatic precipitators etc.

APL Apollo tubular pipes are also used as successful substitute for seamless pipes.
